These terms apply to every app published by TRAN NGUYEN KHOA ("we", "us"). By downloading or using one of our apps, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using our apps

Our apps include games, utilities, wellness apps and privacy tools. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes, in line with these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You're responsible for your device and its settings (notifications, permissions, storage, battery and so on) being set up so the app can work properly.

Your content and data

Content you create or add in our apps (for example photos, videos, notes or recordings) stays yours. Unless an app clearly says otherwise, it's stored only on your device. We don't upload it, and we can't see it.

This means:

• Keep your own backups. If you delete the app, lose or reset your device, or the app's data is removed, we can't recover your content.
• We can't reset your passcode. Apps that protect content with a passcode, pattern or Face ID have no "forgot passcode" option. If you lose access, the content can't be recovered.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some apps offer in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.

• A subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device.
• Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• One-time ("lifetime") purchases don't renew.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
